| Robert is the founding partner of Harcourt
Consulting Engineers. He recently retired from the
practice and is currently retained by HCE as a specialist consultant.
Robert continues to provide a specialist consulting and
mentoring role.
He graduated from the University of
Adelaide in 1971 and worked in both Australia and the UK
before commencing his own practice in Adelaide, in 1979. Since that time Robert has gained a wide
range of experience in the design, documentation and
construction of residential, commercial, educational and
industrial projects nationally and
internationally.
Robert has also worked as a volunteer on
Rotary International overseas aid projects using his
engineering expertise to improve the living standards of
those in third world
countries. |

Michael began his career as a structural /
civil engineer working in South Africa in 1984. He
progressed to become a director of ADA consulting
engineers from 1994 until 2006. During this period he
was based in Botswana and serviced the SADC region.
He
has worked for Engineering and Architectural practices
in the Southern African region, the United Kingdom and Australia. Michael's experience includes all types of construction
and materials. He has been involved in projects ranging
from small residential to large multi storey structures
across most sectors of the industry locally and
internationally. |

Ricardo
Ramirez |

| Since completing his undergraduate studies
in Colombia and his MEng in Australia, Ricardo has
worked on a number of major projects with HCE. He is an
experienced project manager and structural design
engineer. He is an experienced designer of multi storey
structures and is proficient in seismic design, post
tensioning and wind design. Ricardo has worked on large
projects both in Australia and internationally. |

| Alex completed his undergraduate studies
in Belarus and obtained his post graduate qualifications
from Griffith University. He is an experienced
structural designer and project manager having been
involved in a variety of projects ranging from small to
medium sized buildings. He is familiar with all types of
construction and has experience with reinforced
concrete, timber, masonry and structural steel. He has
recently been involved with the design of post tensioned
systems. |

| Victor joined HCE in 2008 after completing
an MEng degree at Griffith University. Whilst working at

| Amanda has extensive experience in the
construction and oil and gas industries. She has over 20
years experience in draughting across all disciplines including structural,
civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical. Duties
include assisting with the
design and documentation of major building projects, as
well as design of residential footings and wind bracing. |
